At Kingdom Strength, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to the nature of our health products.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mykingdomstrength.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right.
